Palamaz company was created in 2002, Bellamazon was born in 2008, and together they work towards a safer and sustainable production of açaí.
Our factory is located in Marituba, in Pará State. All the project, creation and production of the machinery used in the production of the pulp and açaí’s mix are developed by us to constantly enhance our production. We have an equipment factory where the production machines are built accordingly to our necessities and the realities of the açaí’s production process, which guarantees more efficiency in the cleaning of the fruit and, lastly, quality of the fi- nal product.
To specialize in the production and processing of organic açaí, we acquired an area for the culti- vation of açaí. The island on which we grow the fruit is located in the Amazon River estuary, in the municipality of Curralinho, located in the micro-region of Marajó, in Pará.

Our exclusive waste removal technology takes place in two stages: pre-cleaning, which remo- ves solid waste such as earth, branches and any insects that could be on the fruit. Washing completes the cleaning cycle. The clean fruits are weighed and the liquid is pasteurized without any human contact.
Everything is done accordingly to strict food safety standards. Finally, the bales of 40 kg are stored in cold rooms of -22º F to maintain the nutritional aspects and maintain the shelf life for 18 months.
